Founded in 2007, Kate Whittaker Design Ltd is located in Oakura, Taranaki.I am an architectural designer with thirty years experience in residential design, including the design of new homes, home additions and alterations. My design philosophy, is that each client is unique. I will take the time to establish exactly what you want, and deliver a unique design, that is the best style and solution based on what is required.I am open minded to alternative building solutions, styles, and the incorporation of sustainable ideas.As part of the design process, I take into consideration the nature of the site, the surrounding land, neighbouring properties, views and climatic conditions.The goal of Kate Whittaker Design Ltd is to provide an architectural design and drafting service of the highest quality, that will exceed expectations.
